About The Ramapo College Merit-Based Awards:
Ramapo College provides a merit-based scholarship award to assist international candidates with exceptional academic record during their undergraduate education for the academic session 2022-2023
Ramapo College Merit-Based Awards for Freshmen Students
First-year applicants are given consideration for this scholarship award based on their academic record and their capacity to become active members of their community. Ramapo College by default considers all first-year (freshmen) candidates for a merit-based scholarship award.
All parts of a candidate’s application are given consideration including extra-curricular undertakings, but limited funding and a huge number of applications make the scholarship awards highly competitive. A suggested GPA of 3.5 or higher is encouraged to be qualified for consideration, together with a demanding HS course schedule. For the Fall 2022 admission round, Ramapo College will not require tests; SAT and ACT will not be needed to be given consideration for scholarship awards. Test scores will be needed to be presented for Nursing and articulation programs.
Scholarship awards are paid in different amounts over four years given that candidates maintain the needed number of credits, GPA and good social standing. Regrettably, due to an increase in applications and restricted funding, the College may not be able to provide all candidates with the above conditions a merit-based scholarship award.
To be given consideration for a merit-based award, candidates have to submit their application by the priority closing date, December 15, 2021 and all required documents must be gotten no later than January 3, 2022. No separate application is necessary. An interview may be needed upon evaluation of documents.
