He always picks the best rolls! The wondrous genius of #KennethBranagh. Ken featured hugely in the early part of my career and I do ‘doff my cap’ in the kindness he bestowed upon me. I had spent a good 6 or 7 year getting dizzy circling the UK shooting every famous actor these isles had. I met up with Ken one day for drinks and he was flicking through my book of work. He exclaimed “You haven’t shot many…any…Yanks!” To which I confirmed I had not shot any. He asked if I fancied shooting a friend of his from New York, a certain #AFishCalledWanda star #KevinKline. Ken arranged the shoot for me via his US manager, the lovely Laura. Kevin was rehearsing for a #PublicTheatre show and was very kind during and after the shoot. It was from this shoot the door to the US opened ajar for me a little, and I could smell the apple pies awaiting just the other side. #KennethBranagh #PickLickRollFlick #HenryV #DeadAgain #MuchAdoAboutNothing #Frankenstein #Othello #TheGingerBreadMan #LovesLabourLost #HarryPotter #GilderoyLockhart #Shackleton #Sleuth #Wallander #Dunkirk #MurderOnTheOrientExpress #photography #celebrityphotographer #AndyGotts #OneShotGotts
